個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

楊政,1989年生,男,BETVLCTOR偉德官方網(wǎng)站,副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師(光學(xué)工程方向)。本科畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系,2019年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院北京納米能源與系統(tǒng)研究所獲納米科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士學(xué)位,2019年12月被引進(jìn)至BETVLCTOR偉德官方網(wǎng)站從事教學(xué)與科研工作。主要緻力于金屬鹵化物鈣鈦礦材料和硫化化合物材料的可控制備和光電子器件研制(主要是光電探測(cè)器)等工作。近五年來(lái),在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS nano、Nano letters、Nano Energy、Materials Today和Small等高水平期刊發(fā)表SCI收錄論文23篇,其中第一作者和通訊作者論文12篇。

研究方向

1、金屬鹵化物鈣鈦礦單晶和薄膜、硫族化合物納米材料的可控制備
2、基于光-熱-電耦合效應(yīng)(熱釋電或光熱電)的光電探測(cè)器研制
3、鈣鈦礦的電極化性質(zhì)(鐵電、壓電、熱釋電、撓曲電)研究。
