個(gè)人簡介
喬雙,1982年生,男,BETVLCTOR偉德官方網(wǎng)站,教授,博導(dǎo),河北省光電信息材料省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,河北省青年拔尖人才,河北省自然科學(xué)基金傑出青年、優(yōu)秀青年獲得者。2014年于中國科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體所超晶格國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室獲凝聚態(tài)物理博士學(xué)位,2017年8月至2019年8月在中科院北京納米能源與系統(tǒng)研究所訪問交流。近年來一直從事低維半導(dǎo)體納米材料及其異質(zhì)結(jié)的制備、表/界面調(diào)控、光電/光熱電性能和器件構(gòu)築等方面研究。
